WACO, Texas (KWTX) - On November 4, 1988, a 48-bell carillon was dedicated at the Pat Neff Hall Administration Building at Baylor University.
This replaced the 25-bell carillon that rang across the campus for 49 years prior.
The first tune they played was the doxology hymn “Praise God From Whom All Blessings Flow.”
The new bells were constructed in France and, in a shipping mishap, were sent to Mexico prior to their arrival in Waco
