If you look at the forecasted high for tomorrow, you might not believe that a cold front will come through tomorrow morning! It will be a very sneaky front - not much cold air to be felt immediately behind the boundary. This front WILL however, move in a lot more dry air, meaning it won’t take much sunshine for Central Texas to reach those 60 degree highs that we have forecasted for Wednesday afternoon.

Wednesday’s cold front is set to move through during the morning, bringing a drier airmass to the area.

Temperatures will still be in the 60’s on Wednesday aftenroon, but the cooler air will be especially noticable overnight and into Thursday morning...with 30’s expected out the door on Thursday, ahead of more 60’s and 70’s through the end of the week.

70 degree highs are possible on Friday and Saturday ahead of a much more noticable cold front this weekend. This front will actually effect the afternoon highs and bring them back into the 50’s and 60’s through next week. There is a little hope for some rain next Tuesday, with about a 30% to 40% for showers that day. We are still a week out from seeing this occur, so a lot can change...it is by no means locked into the foreacst. For now, expect a drier than normal and warmer than normal stretch through the weekend!
